Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Green Tools Tech d.o.o.

2. Orders and Payments
All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.
Orders are processed through our Shopify platform using Shopify Payments, PayPal, or Bank Transfer.
Payment is due in full at the time of order, including pre-orders and backorders.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, or errors in product information or pricing.
3. Pre-orders and Backorders
Pre-orders and backorders are charged in full at checkout to secure your place in production and shipping.
You may cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to all EU countries, as well as the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Dispatch times are typically 3–5 business days for in-stock items. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier (average 5–10 business days within Europe).
Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, or production delays.

5. Ownership and Risk
Ownership of the goods transfers to the customer once full payment has been received and the goods have been dispatched.
The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
6. Product Guarantee
All Green Tools Tech products include a 10-year guarantee covering manufacturing defects.
This guarantee does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Misuse, improper maintenance, or modification of the product
• Damage caused by accident, neglect, or unauthorized repair
• Corrosion due to improper storage or prolonged moisture exposure
If you believe your product is defective, contact us with proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
7. Product Use, Safety, and Maintenance
Our tools are designed for professional and hobby use in gardening, small-scale farming, and soil preparation.
They often feature sharp edges and metal components that must be handled with caution. Improper use can cause physical injury or property damage.
Users are responsible for operating tools safely and in accordance with their intended use.
We recommend:
• Wearing appropriate protective gear (gloves, boots, and suitable clothing)
• Using tools only for their designed purpose (e.g., soil work, cultivation, planting)
• Keeping tools out of reach of children and untrained users
• Properly cleaning and drying tools after each use
• Storing tools in a dry, covered area to prevent corrosion
• Avoiding long-term exposure to moisture or aggressive substances, as zinc coatings can corrode under such conditions
• Assembling tools only as instructed and avoiding any unauthorized modifications
Improper handling, misuse, or failure to maintain tools correctly may result in injury and void the guarantee. Green Tools Tech d.o.o. is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages caused by unsafe handling or use of the products.
8. Returns and Cancellations
We have a 30-day return policy starting from the date you receive your item.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Pre-orders and backorders can be canceled at any time before shipping for a full refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
Green Tools Tech d.o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.
We are not responsible for injury or damage resulting from misuse, unsafe handling, improper installation, or failure to follow product care instructions.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations if caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, technical failures, or actions of public authorities.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, product descriptions, and trademarks, is the property of Green Tools Tech d.o.o. or its licensors.
No part of this site or its content may be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.
12. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
