Shipping policy
Shipping Area
Green Tools TECH ships from Croatia (European Union). We currently deliver to all EU countries, as well as the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, and the United States. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Processing & Dispatch Time
• In-stock items are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
• For pre-orders and backorders, estimated shipping dates are displayed on the product page. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. Average delivery within the EU is 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Shipments outside the EU (United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, United States) may require additional time due to customs clearance procedures.
Duties, VAT & Import Charges
European Union:
Orders shipped within the EU include VAT where applicable. No customs duties apply.
United Kingdom:
Orders are exported from Croatia (EU) without EU VAT and shipped on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis. UK import VAT and customs handling fees may apply upon delivery.
Norway:
Orders are exported from Croatia (EU) without EU VAT and shipped on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis. Norwegian import VAT and customs handling fees may apply upon delivery.
Switzerland:
Orders are exported from Croatia (EU) without EU VAT and shipped on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis. Swiss import VAT and customs handling fees may apply upon delivery.
United States:
Orders are exported without EU VAT. Depending on order value and local regulations, import duties or customs processing fees may apply upon delivery.
Import charges, where applicable, are determined by local authorities and carriers and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number and link via email to monitor your shipment.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days at bruno@greentools.tech and include photos of the packaging and product.
If a package is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund once the case is confirmed.
Pre-orders & Backorders
Pre-orders and backorders are charged in full at checkout to secure your place in production. Orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time prior to shipment.
