Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order or backorder. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Pre-orders and Backorders
When you place a pre-order or backorder, you are reserving a product that is not yet in stock. Payment is charged in full at the time of purchase to secure your order in our production and shipping queue.

Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your pre-order or backorder at any time before the product has shipped. To cancel, please contact us at bruno@greentools.tech.
Once your cancellation request is received, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

If your order has already shipped, standard return conditions apply as outlined in our Return Policy.
