PURCHASE OPTIONS, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Pre-orders & Backorders
• We charge in full at checkout to reserve your place in our production/shipping queue.
• You can cancel any time before the order ships for a full refund. Email bruno@greentools.tech.

EU Right of Withdrawal (consumer orders only)
• If you’re an EU consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason.
• To exercise this right, email bruno@greentools.tech within 14 days of delivery. You then have 14 more days to send the items back.
• For change-of-mind/withdrawal returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked service.
• Refunds include the product price and the least-expensive standard outbound shipping option.

Our 30-Day Return Policy (commercial guarantee)
• Beyond the statutory 14 days, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery (consumer only), provided items are unused, in original packaging, with all components and proof of purchase.
• Change-of-mind returns: return shipping is paid by the customer.
• Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How to start a return

  1. Email bruno@greentools.tech with your order number, the item(s), and the reason.
  2. If approved, we’ll send return instructions and, where available, a prepaid label (cost deducted if the return is change-of-mind).
  3. Ship the item(s) to: Ul. dr. Luje Naletilića 85, 10256 Botinec, Croatia.

Damages, defects, or wrong item
• Inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 7 days if something is wrong. Include photos of the product, packaging, and label.
• If confirmed defective/damaged or incorrect, we’ll repair, replace, or refund, and we cover return/replacement shipping.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
• Gift cards, custom or made-to-order items.
• Sale/clearance items.
• Items used, modified, or returned incomplete (missing parts, manuals, or packaging).

Exchanges
• The fastest way is to return the item for a refund and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds
• We’ll notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, we refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
• If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at bruno@greentools.tech.

Notes
• This policy does not limit your statutory rights. EU consumer rights apply to consumer purchases; business (B2B) orders are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal.
• For international returns, customs duties/taxes paid are non-refundable by us; you may claim them back from your local authority where applicable.
