How it works

1) Submit the registration form

Apply using our Professional Account registration form below. We will ask for basic business information (company name, contact person, billing and shipping details, and VAT number if applicable) so we can verify your professional activity.

2) Manual review and approval

All Professional Accounts are reviewed manually by our team. This helps us keep professional pricing reserved for legitimate businesses and ensures you receive the right conditions and support.

3) Approval confirmation by email

Once approved, you will receive an email confirming your Professional Account status along with the professional price list and ordering instructions.

4) Ordering by proforma invoice

To place an order, email us the products and quantities you need. We will prepare a proforma invoice that includes shipping costs. Once payment is received, we prepare and ship your order.

Payment terms

Orders are processed after payment of the proforma invoice.

VAT handling (EU)

EU VAT-registered companies may receive invoices without VAT, in line with intra-community supply rules. Please include your valid VAT number during registration.

Shipping

We ship from Croatia. Shipping costs depend on destination, weight, and parcel size, and will always be included in the proforma invoice before payment.
