Rollaway Nest Box System for Eggmobiles

Our Rollaway Nest Box System is a purpose-built, two-sided nesting solution designed specifically for mobile pasture-based egg production. Featuring slanted rollaway floors for clean, efficient egg collection and a central conveyor belt, this system ensures eggs stay clean, protected and easy to collect.

The suspended, self-leveling design keeps everything functional on uneven pastures, while the tilting nest floors can be automated to exclude hens at night—keeping nests clean and promoting hygiene through a self-cleaning motion.

Delivered as a DIY flat-pack kit on two Euro pallets, it’s easy to assemble with simple tools and detailed video instructions. Perfect for both new and expanding pastured poultry operations, this modular, customizable system combines practicality, efficiency, and clean design for modern regenerative farming.

The Nest Box System is sold in modular segments, each approximately 120 cm long with a floor area of exactly 1 m². Please check your local regulations to determine the required nesting area for the number of hens you plan to keep.
